Agreement

RecipeCam is distributed through the Apple App Store and your use of the app is governed by Apple'sLicensed Application End User License Agreementtogether with these terms. By using RecipeCam you agree to both.

Subscriptions and purchases

RecipeCam Pro is available as an auto-renewing annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed by Apple to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Your content

Photos you take and recipes you create are yours. RecipeCam claims no rights over them. You are responsible for what you photograph and how you use it.

Fair use

Recipe parameter values are shared freely within the photography community. Recipe names in RecipeCam are descriptive and RecipeCam is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Fujifilm, Eastman Kodak, or any film manufacturer.

Warranty and liability

RecipeCam is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we accept no liability for loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
